- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a dental emergency when a tooth became badly infected and painful practically overnight. On the Friday before Labor Day weekend I called the emergency number for Caring Smiles Dental and within three hours Dr. Allred diagnosed the problem and extracted the infected tooth. He numbed me up so well I did not feel any pain during the extraction. He also took care of another problem I was having, all at a reasonable price.
