- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Staff treats people like they are stupid. First visit they wanted to step by step show me how to change a wet diaper, like I’ve never done that before. Dr ell has a lot of unnecessary tests, instruction and information. I thought I was at Virginia Garcia it was so bad. They do stuff to collect state money, and charge your insurance. A real money making operation. Scariest part, staff is from Mexico, way younger than myself, dictating what’s best for our children. They don’t wash their or sanitize their hands when they enter the room, and have the gall to tell me what to do. They will do things without asking your permission.
