- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪STAY AWAY from this OFFICE!!! It seems that the most complains about this office is their Billing! I've been going to Doctor Alti for over 10 years and prior to that was with another dentist from Gentle Dental for 10 years so total of 20 years. Dr. Alti is REALLY REALLY good and I love him. However, their back office has a HIGH turnover and they just can't seem to keep their staff. They also don't have a proper internal system to run their billing system efficiently. They have billed the wrong insurance and have linked our son's account to a different name. Gentle Dental needs to figure out how to keep their back office staff and do a better job in training them and put up a billing system that can run more efficiently.
