- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I know there are risks associate with lasik procedures. I, by no means, have had the worst possible side effects, but the results were not ideal. I have a permanent red scare near my right eye that I thought would go away in time, but hasn't. Also, my vision has deteriorated over time to the point I will have to get glasses again. Not to mention the fact that I never had issues with dry eyes and now are prone to dry eyes often.March 20, 2017by Melinda Coke-Galli
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Poor customer service. I had an appointment recently at this clinic. The receptionist was unprepared for my arrival and unprofessional. She was the same over the phone when I talked to her the day before. I was the only one in the waiting room and arrived 3 minutes after my appointment time. After waiting 20 minutes, and not being seen or told why I was waiting so long, I told the receptionist that I didn’t have the time to wait and left. She actually made a comment on my arrival time which seems ridiculous since there was no one else waiting.
